Does the Board think shorts will begin to cover?  As many shorts were established when the SP was over $4.40 they still have a fair bit of room.  Additionally, many institutions have likely been short the common and long the Debentures.  At what point in the buildout of Pod1 will the "shorts" begin to cover? 

At present, per the NR, we are about 50% of design capacity on the build out of Pod1.  At some point, those short the common will begin "covering".  It would be interesting to hear thoughts as to when such might begin taking place.
