If you look at the risk of this stock it hasn't changed much in the past month. If you look at the return of the stock you would think it should be going up with the price increase of NG and Oil. What must have changed in the minds of investors is the PE ratio downward. This is probably why this SP is down. It will most likely stay down until cash flow and earnings increase. If POD 2 is approved expected return will increase, if reserves increase expected return will increase. If more wells come on line with no hiccups, risk will decrease. Until risk/return and PE ratio change the SP should stay flat.
