So maybe a smart takeout artist buys the company for say $4.00 per share. At 210M shares thats just over $800M. The artist uses the loan proceeds and sells PDP to pay for it. They then have a company with no money down. By then production at POD1 should be ramped up to pay the loan payments. POD 2 may have to wait.Just a thought!
