Just want a little clarity on your comment on the "NG extra cost they have"

It was my understanding that CLL purchased Luke energy so they would be hedged against NG price increases. CLL has entered into an agreement to sell half the NG they produce, so I assume they are using the rest for Great divide. If they own it how is it costing them more? Am I missing something here?

That's true ,but before they started production they don't needed the gas  and now they  use some part for GD plant.So in some way they can't sell that part anymore and therefore it's a cost IMO
