Can somebody please explain to me why the US economy and the Canadian dollar would be considered off topic and a personal issue.

These topics like the price of oil or the weather in Alberta can and do affect the price of CLL. Even discussions of other producers or oil companies can provide information or comparisons to CLL.

If we are limited to direct discussion of facts concerning CLL I don't think much conversation can be produced.
