Thank you for the clarification, actually I'd thought about that (selling on margin calls below $3) right after I'd clicked "submit". That's great that he even got back to you, though a little surprising he didn't think investors would be concerned.

Thanks again for going out and digging up the information. Agree it's not nice to shoot blindly, much better to go to the horse's mouth.
