You will note that the transaction date on the sale of Dick's shares was the 21st of January. That is consistent with the first day that Connacher's share price dipped below $3.00. In Canada, $3.00 is a normal margin call level.

Everything Dick has said is consistent as usual. I have found him to be an exceptionally straight forward individual and also to be extremely honest.
