Though I was not overly concerned with RG selling a relatively minor percentage of his shares, I was absolutely delighted that he responded to Wilbrich and what he said in his response. What he says makes absolutely logical sense and I am sure Dick wished he did not have to sell those shares.

The few times I have felt the need to contact him, Gusella has always responded to me forthwith and fort rightly. Frankly, I appreciate this about him greatly. Many times I have written to the Presidents of comanies I am invested in with a quesrion. With amazing regularity, one commonly gets back a noncommital response from some clerk in the IR Department. The fact that Gusella cares enough, especially with the circumstances surrounding his need to sell a relatively small amount of his stock at this time, tells me a lot about the quality of the man! I am impressed
