Yes, CLL is down, but looking at the Chart for the TSX Energy Index (TTEN-I) shows the majority of the companies are also down. An index goes down and it seems the smaller companies sometimes get hit the hardest When the index or larger companies recover, the smaller companies tend to lag. 

The period of peak seasonal performance for the index and these companies is on now and usually lasts until about near May or a little longer; after that their performance is random,  depending on their fundamentals, exploration results etc.

I could be wrong, but, I think CLL will do O.K. if given more time.
