I would disagree with you..I've owned CLL for many years and I can assure you PDP has very little effect on CLL SP,, unless it's used to hammer down CLL..When PDP hit $25,,there was no effect on CLL. However when PDP goes down,,CLL goes down a little..

AS far as know PDP isn't taken into consideration for CLL earnings..It's a totaly different company..

CLL holds shares in PDP as part of renumeration for management..THE ONLY way that as far as I can tell PDP would contribute anything towards CLL earnings would be if CLL sold PDP shares. I could be wrong.
