I would argue that what's more important is that CLL has $400 million cash on hand and an additional $200 million available>

Regardles of lower American interest rates the CRAP'S just starting to hit the fan and you're gonna see cash availability for financing dry up faster than you know what..

CLL can continue to build as others scramble for financing or stop expanding..A slightly higer interest rate for continued undeterred growth is a small price to pay in my oppinion.
