Thanks for the information.  The last time I called so speak with Mr. Gusella there was a PR the next day.  It sounds from your comments that he reads the SH board, which is very surprising to me ... didn't think the CLL admin people would pay any attention to the traffic on message boards.

IMO there's no advantage to releasing good news when the whole market is tanking.  There seems to be more bang for the buck to release good news when the overall market is healthier.

With all the talk about refineries, environmental concerns in the US, challenges in sending product to the US for refining, shortage in refining capacity, and high margins in the refining business, I'm wondering if there isn't serious consideration of building a refinery in Canada.  I imagine it would be extremely expensive and probably difficult to get permits, not knowing anything about such an endeavor.
