Trading Rules

I thought I heard somewhere that the trading rules will allow easier access for U.S. Citizens to be able to trade on the TSX. This may increase the trading on all oil sands companies. Has any one else heaqrd rumblings about this.

Of course it might be just my spidy sense's tingling
