It seems we have some good points for discussion here.

For our CLL's shares I think we can stand the heat because we could be reworded for the now on stream coming production which will support the sp.

I can understand X111 if he said Metacomet numbers were to pessimistic  .The truth will maybe in the middle like always but some of his concerns can have a possibllity .

But today I had a conversation in a restaurant about fuel prices.More and more you here people complaining about the high fuel price.
Simple calculation .If we take for a belgian house we need around 2.500 liters gasoline which was around 0.5 € in begin 2007 .Now it's .75 € .This means a extra of 625 € or about 920 us $ .
Also for a car the gas price is almost 0.4 € more .This means a car which consumes around 10 l per 100 km and count on 20.000 km per year is an extra of 1000 €..Together around 1625 € extra for house heating and driving alone.
Because oil price has risen so much this means more farmers sold their mais and other stuff to make bio diesel and ethanol which results in less acres for food giving a rise in food prices.In Belgium the price for 1 bread is almost double like year before.
I don't know the situation in the US and Canada but I do know if you hear people talking that the high oil price began to have an impact and if the price which many observers predict keep rising I don't see that will be good for the markets.
For CLL it can and therefor I hold on to my shares but my overall feeling for world markets is not good unless we see an oil price which stops rising and stays around current level for a long time .
Rich people don't have a feeling with fuel and food  prices but the overall hard working people they feel the most and in one way or another they will have to cut in their shopping behavior which will slow down economy.OK the FED can drop the rate but in fact this is a contradiction now because they create more inflation to rescue the economy.If the oil kartel could lift their output and let drop the oil price this would be better in combination with a rate cut .But can or will they ??

I hope I'm wrong for my concerns .I would like from other people here what the feeling in their country is.
