In my opinion: 

The tactics that seascout and some others are using are classic examples of internet trolling.  They make ridiculous statements which typically leads to rebuttals and soon the function of the forum has been compromised. I have not been on investment forums for very long but I've been on other types of forums since the very early days of the internet.  The style of writing by you, greengas and XIII are so different that it would almost be impossible for one individual to be all three. 

I would recommend to XIII, when he sees the type of post that seascout has made, to immediately delete it and others if they see it before XIII to just ignore it completely without response.
