That is, in my understanding Correct,  but we also I believe, get protection from any offer which is deemed unreasonable to CLL Management & Shareholders alike.

Effectively  by doubling Shares held, (by giving us  the option to buy ) an equivallent amount at the last pre offer Price...am I right or wrong here ? 

Someone with the proper definition of "Poison Pill" please advise.
