PDP getting hammered 18% due to Argentina tax is not helping mater much. They should start to recover some

I didn't think we ever had much of a postive contribution to the CLL SP when PDP was up at its highs.  Then again haveing a negative impact doesn't surprise me it all.  We never seem to get a break.
