I suspect that the delay till 2009 is a way to see how the market reacts and allow them to back out if the economy takes too big of a hit.

Still not that good for CLL, increasing the royalties from 33% to 40%

(don't quote me on the percentages) wasn't that bad,, however removing the grandfather clause may be costly.

LOOK for a MAJOR DROP of all Oil players tomorrow as a way for the market to send a clear message to the Alberta government. One guy on BNN said maybe 20% drop.
