There is going to be some form of royalty increases, every knows it and big oil has already factored in a small increase.

Here's why,, CLL has a huge short position, so no matter how reasonable the increase is the stock will be driven down for the shorts to cover. Once they've made their cash and the short position decreases then the price will go up to where it should be.

OR, be on the safe side.. spend half your money on open, the other half after the news.
