EKO-FLOR Featured by CIMC Vanguard at the 2010 Mid America Trucking ShowConforce International, Inc. (OTC: CFRI) is pleased to announce that as a result of positive test results in connection with its new composite transportation flooring product, Eko-Flor will be featured by Vanguard National Trailer Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of CIMC Ltd., at the 2010 Mid America Trucking Show (MATS) being held at the KentuckyExpositionCenter in LouisvilleKentucky today through March 27th. Eko-Flor™ was designed to establish new standards in weight, strength, performance and service life. Using advanced technologies, Conforce has been able to produce an extremely durable composite panel that is significantly lighter and stronger than hardwood, yet remains competitively priced. Having met or exceeded the required test parameters, Eko-Flor™ was recently TTMA RP-37 certified for use in over-the-road trailers. Immediately following the Mid America Trucking Show in Kentucky, Conforce CEO Marino Kulas will depart for Marseilles, France to meet with management of CMA CGM, the third largest shipping line in the world. |
General Update |
CONFORCE AND BAYER PARTNERSHIP Bayer recently displayed Eko-Flor cs-4 and ms-1 panels at the Bayer booth at the ACMA Show in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 9 - 11, 2010. The Company was pleased to learn that the Bayer press release was carried by several trade journals furthering Eko-Flor's exposure. TRANSITION TO OTC:BB The Company filed with the SEC its restated Form 10K on March 2, 2010. It expects to file its amended Form 10 in the coming days followed shortly thereafter by the quarterly statements. Although the transition from the former auditor to BDO has taken longer than expected, the result will enable the Company to file on-going submissions in a timely manner. FUTURE COMMUNICATIONS As we grow closer to realizing our business objectives, the Company intends to provide, over the coming weeks, regular updates to its Shareholders as to the progress of its Eko-Flor™ initiatives. |
