CUSTOMER PRODUCT TRIALS
Conforce is pleased to have a representative cross section of the transportation industry actively involved in trials of EKO-FLOR. Trial customers consist of trailer manufacturers, container shipping lines, for-hire trucking companies and private straight-truck fleets.
Upon successful completion of trials, the Company will transition to full production in 2010. To that end, Conforce has initiated a process to establish manufacturing facilities that will meet projected demand both domestically and Internationally.
TRANSITION TO OTC:BB
The Company's Form 10, 10K and 10Q quarterly statements to September 30, 2009 are expected to be filed with the SEC by December 31, 2009. With the engagement of BDO Dunwoody as auditors, Conforce anticipates that its future interactions with the SEC will be significantly more effective. It is management's expectation that the transition to the OTC:BB should be completed as early as February 2010.

GENERAL OUTLOOK
Joint research and development efforts by Conforce and Bayer in 2009 have resulted in a lighter, stronger EKO-FLOR panel. Best practices have been developed for production processes in order to provide for scalable manufacturing in 2010. January to March will be an exciting period for Conforce as results from trials are expected throughout the quarter. The Company is confident that the trials will serve to further validate the product and define its integral role in the transportation industry.
