Conforce International Announces Letter of Intent

TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--May 28, 2008 -- Conforce International, Inc. (Other OTC:CFRI.PK - News) ("Conforce" or the "Company") is very pleased to announce that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from a US-based supplier of special purpose custom containers to the United States Military.

The LOI contemplates a multi-year contract whereby Conforce will provide product for a minimum of 10,000 special application containers. Each unit will be equipped with the Company's newly developed composite product which is based on the EKO-FLOR technology, but is specifically designed for use in specialized United States Military containers. The Company expects that a definitive agreement between the parties will be executed in July of this year and that deployment of the units will commence by September of this year. More details of the transaction will be released at such time as a definitive agreement has been signed.

According to Conforce V.P. of Product Development, Joseph DeRose, "Our expectation is that the introduction of this product, through our US Military contractor, will translate into additional revenues from specialized applications featuring our EKO-FLOR xcs and cs-2 lines of composite container flooring. This is certainly one of the breakthrough milestones we have been working towards."
