CFRI Investor Up-date for March 24, 2008

Dear Shareholder,

As part of our on-going commitment to keeping you informed, we are pleased to provide you with this "CFRI Investor Up-Date".

In this up-date we provide information on the status of the EKO-FLOR Customer Field Trials, Media Coverage and New Product Opportunities.

EKO-FLOR Customer Field Trials

Conforce is pleased to report that EKO-FLOR Customer Field trials have commenced. Mr. Joseph DeRose, Conforce V.P. of Product Development, recently returned from China where he witnessed production runs at the manufacturing level, and at the request of certain customers, was present for installation and internal testing procedures. Mr. DeRose is expected to be back in China within the next two weeks.

Although the Company would like to provide more details, as previously stated, for reasons relating to customer confidentiality, it is unable to disclose the names of trial participants or the status of the testing until such time as it has been given clearance to do so. With the process underway, the Company expects to be in a position to provide a status report in the near term.

Media Coverage

Conforce was recently featured in Cargo Systems in an article describing the state of the container industry. The article provided a positive perspective on EKO-FLOR and its role in the industry going forward.

Conforce President and CEO Marino Kulas was also interviewed by World Cargo News regarding the reception EKO-FLOR has received in the industry to-date. When the information becomes available, the Company will provide an up-date on its website as to when the article will be published.

New Product Opportunities

Conforce is pleased to report that it is in discussions with the cruise line industry regarding the introduction of EKO-FLOR as a replacement to certain wood flooring currently found on luxury cruise liners. Company representatives were recently at SeaTrade in Miami Florida and hope to be in a position to have product in trials with top tier cruise lines by the end of fiscal 2008.

The Company is also pleased to report it is confident that its on-going discussions regarding the supply of an EKO-FLOR related product, in a non-floor application, will lead to a 3-year supply agreement for use in military containers. At such time as an agreement is in place, the Company will announce the details to Shareholders.

As always, we thank you for your continued support of Conforce. We are confident that 2008 will be the year in which we will be rewarded for our unwavering dedication and commitment to innovation.

Sincerely,

Investor Relations
