Good questions. I believe they were waiting to go through the patent process. The reason the CEO gave was the products are being evaluated by customers. In the case of the Container floor they made changes based on that initial feedback. They only want to patent the final product formulas. The second question is interesting. In my opinion they could try and license the technology for areas that are outside of the shipping/transport industries. They have brought on management people from the housing/building industries. However, they do not have customers in these industries now. Maybe just for example they work out an exclusive deal with homedepot for their products. ie. as roofing, decks, wall supports, sheds, whatever the homedepot gurus come up with. Homedepot takes care of marketing and sales. Conforce just receives payments and works as a middle man with the manufacture.
