I do find it hard to believe that the managment of LODE would be so "unaware" of Nevada's mining-friendly rules and regs to "blow it" with a property that has such potential.

I wonder if this is justanother "green attack" on an extractive industry. We have to remember that this company's property lies in a close proximity to Lake Tahoe and that people in that area are VERY environmentally senstive.

Does anyone have any detailed information on this issue?
