1. you seem to imply that because Harry Miller is finally being paid a real executive salary, awarded to him by a committee he is on, approved by the BoD, this is the reason for MF proxy bid???

You make only vague whiny references to goverenance blah, blah, blah. IMO Things are expanding at a rapid pace for Clifton Star and as needs arise these needs will be dealt with.

Does Harry deserve an executive's salary?? He has worked for nothing until now.

I give a current case in point. Just recently Freewest Resources' Mac Watson was finally given a well-deserved 6 figure salary after taking little salary for many years. Mac Watson also got a "Golden Parachute"/payment if the company CHANGED OWNERSHIP of $2 million. Mackenzie Watson brought shareholders value with the discovery of Black Thor chromite and Quest REE spinoff, he EARNED the right to be paid like the top executive he is. He was attacked too, in many ways, but prevailed because he delivered for shareholders. The FWR story is still unfolding.

Harry Miller deserves to be paid a real CEO salary, he too has delivered for shareholders, in 2 BIG WAYS, Duparquet and Osisko.
