I agree completely with your take on the situation. If MF was concerned at all they would have insisted on Board seats as part of investing their monies, previously. ( Not to mention that MF has sold a large number of Clifton shares this year). It was simply a last minute raid to take control of the Board room. And their new proxy is more of the same. It would create a logjam of 3 votes to 3 votes on any issues brought before the Board. My votes are for the current Board, which has brought the Osisko JV to where it is today. Congratulations to Mr. Miller and his Board.
