From what I can get from SEDAR, a group filed that they controlled 8 Million plus shares of CFO, not a majority of shares, if this relates to MineralFields holdings. Look at SEDAR, the MineralFields Proxy was not announced until Dec 11, 2009, just hours before the Shareholders Meeting. This is not a friendly grab for control, from a minority position, quite unfriendly and not in my interest as a shareholder. Seems clear.
