"We believe that Harry Miller, current president, and his group have done a
good job so far and were successful in bringing Osisko to the table in a deal that is
excellent for both Clifton and Osisko shareholders. It seems to us that this is good
business and that is why Clifton stock had such a good performance lately. We met
these people last year and were very pleased with their charracter, personality
and straight talking. We are not aware of any valid reason to replace the current
management group. 
We strongly suggest that you support current management and mail your
proxies. We have heard that some shareholders may not have received their proxies by
mail.  Keep in mind that you can still vote. All you have to do is to call your
