We have gold! The grade for an open-pit is tremendous IMO. Osisko has an in-pit grade of around 1.2 g/tonne.... Clifton Star reports a grade of over 3.25 g/tonne, boy will this be a money maker!!
On the tailings front, authorization to shipp 100,000 tonnes to a smelter, with proceeds going to Clifton Star... MONEY in the bank!!!! Money for option payments... remember that CFO will be re-imbursed by Quebec for a percetage of their exploration costs.
The option payments have been delayed until next year by the property vendor, this affirms IMO that they are very committed to see Clifton Star carry out their program and it indicates a large degree of confidence in the team that Harry Miller and fred Archibald have put together.
I can't imagine this news being better! Just wait... the resource will only grow and be moved into the measured and indicated catagory as drilling proceeds.
Great job, great people, great deposit!!
I can't wait to read the NI 43-101 report when it is released... many more millions of ounces to come IMO.
