Hey 8barker6... check out the section above in blue that says

view filings

This takes you to SEDAR.com where juniors MUST file ALL of their NR and other related docs. The 43-101 are here, just dig. This is a great place for DD, keep track of what is REALLY going on.

Use the company's website, evaluate their (CFO) documents, then ask questions.
