CLEVELAND, Nov. 9, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) (Paris: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common shares of $0.14 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on Dec. 1, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 19, 2010.
