It will be interesting how Cliffs takes KWG out. I'm guessing that they will have to probably pay as much or more than SPQ. I doubt they would risk an investigation into an aquisition that could come under review. Even if they wait to run out the time on the insider status they will still have to come close to market value. It will be interesting to see this play out but I'd guess there is a margin in buying KWG. ..........imo
