This is the part I like best:
(b) provide an annual limitation on the number of shares available to
grant to any one participant in any fiscal year of 500,000 common
shares;
This is just "incentive equity" to keep them interested in doing their job, 500K shares at today's price is a modest 28 500 000 I hope it will be enough. vila
