I understand that someone reported the following note as a possible violation

I have reviewed this note as I do all of the others. I see no reason nor did the admin group at AGcom for it to be removed.

There had been prior notes in which possible derogatory comments have been made regarding management.

I am very anti censor to legitimate posters and can accept a certain degree of "less desirable" comments directed towards them.

As a general reminder please feel free to attack any thought, idea or suggestion but do refrain from lowering yourself by name calling or insulting comments.

We have all seen how boards can degenerate ... I vow to balance the censorship of legitimate gripes and eliminate garbage bashing or pumping that none of us really wish to have on such a board.
