I must say ... I have been far more willing to accept the absence of communication then most .... Year end results should by now have been posted or failing that an explanation. Yes, they lost Farrant who by all accounts appeared to be a competent accountant and better than average communicator and his loss is becoming more of a concern despite the fact he was in a support role. It is becoming apparent why he may have frustrated and left ... maybe there was no communication internally either.

Ifwe were not producing at such an early stage with as many oz's in Mexico I would seriously question why I am still holding.
