Let's recap our progress in laymans terms:

- Castillo production is up and ahead of schedule, curently waiting for new estimate and mining plan. (Q1)

- La Fortuna drilling- excellent historical grades, not 43-101 compliant yet. Should not take long to determine reserves. Possibly mine #3 this year. (how long will this take?) Potential for 1-3 million ounces of gold.

- amost 1 million indicated and inferred ounces of gold for the company today.

- Potential for .5-1 million more ounces of gold in Guatemala at least

- Activley persuing (aquistion/merger) other potential heap leach projects with 1-3 millions ounces inferred and indicated, to add to our pot

- Nevada- what are we doing?

- annual production of 45-50K ounces this year.

- POG- +1000.00/ ounce

- sounds to me like $5/share.
