do not know for sure, i suspect it is nonsense, farrant seemed happy, and likely there is a tie of his options to his continued employment. He would have a real good idea what the value of those options will be and would have IMO a hard decision to walk away without them.

i think he is doing a good job but unless there are some personal circumstances forcing it non CSG related don't think he would leave.

If however he does ... he is IMO more expendable being a finance guy then an engineering guru.
