We have moved up quickly so I wouldn't doubt we were much lower when the deal was being done. Because there is no warrant and it is a bought deal, it isn't surprising that it was done at a slight discount to the SP. This should be it for a long long time and they can drill the crap out of Romania and get Brazil to production.
