In fact, hope he doesn't get annoyed at me for copying this out of his thingy, but just this week Otto wrote:

Of course at the same time he didn't want to make a prediction on whether last week's .34 was a back-up-the-truck moment.
I personally grabbed a handful... the short-term risk-reward looks good at .34. But i'm not an investor, just a swing trader.
