Since Posters are bringing up the naked shorts again I will state unequivocally that naked shorts existed in Jag Media as we spoke to Finra and forced a buyin of a block of 50k that was naked shorted. We have all the documentation. Now again Cardiogenics is being naked shorted and I could not care less about what anyone else on this board thinks about naked shorts. So don't bother to respond
