Today's closing price of .0289 was the lowest close for the last 15 trading days. The note holder would receive approximately 2.9 million shares at .0121....IMO, there is a 50 percent possibility that CardioGenics will be able to pay the 35,000 dollars. CDEL will need a lot more then 2.9 million shares to cover their huge short position...They are operating under opposite purposes: The note holder wants to sell the shares at the highest price possible while CDEL wants to buy shares at the lowest price possible.
