You are assuming that all CDEL orders was from a noteholder. In penny stocks, I have seen million of shares traded from day traders for penny gains. Also, dispositions from 1 account to another from same shareholder may be possible.

I believe, it is also not legal to buy/sell shares in lieu of noteholder redemption or warrants exercise in future dates.
