How did you buy your shares: Did you buy them through a broker or did you buy them online? I know CGNH shareholders who own over 32 million shares. More then half of the shares were purchased in 2015 and they were purchased on-line. A couple of the shareholders are brokers who purchased shares for their clients. None of these brokers would even consider buying shares for their clients from someone else and then selling it back to them. It is illogical and probably illegal in today's market. They just bid for shares or take offers on-line. If the vast majority of shares are purchased on-line it eliminates the double count theory. If you have any doubts you can call FINRA or your broker.
