Unless CardioGenics works out a deal there are approximately 2 million shares that woud be eligible for sale near the end of May. I believe that in all other debenture deals, that are scheduled at a later date, CardioGenics will most likely pay the money back with the agreed upon interest. That assumes the financing deal that is currently in the works is completed.
