Your premise is totally inaccurate especially when rounding off to whole pennies.

in a penny stock, especially one trading as low as a .015 it is a huge percentage jump when buying hundred thousands of shares. A .005 increase is 1/3 (33.33%) of the total price at .015.

Please stop posting inaccurate and rounded off numbers that mean nothing and only tends to mislead investors.
