I've noticed the number of shares trading has slowed down and the block offerings have subsided. The stock seems to be very thin on the upsided, as per the spike in the price yesterday.

I've also noticed blocks of bids that are not being filled as they were in the past. Does anyone have any inkling of what this might mean? Are we close to a news announcement of the resumption and completion of the test trial?
