A little lesson for Gamesisover on share count:

The number of shares authorized is not the same as shares outstanding.

The shares authorized is comprised of shares issued and shares not issued. Cardiogenics has authorized up to 150,000,000 shares to be issued, however only a portion of those shares have been issued and are outstanding as per 10K As of February 9, 2015, there were 58,517,870 shares of our common stock outstanding.

58,517,870 is a big difference between the 150,000,000 that Gameisover likes to allude to.

All-in-all the number of shares is miniscule and there are plenty of shares authorized for all kinds of contingencies that an emerging growth company comes across.

There is nothing unusual about the share count and scare tactics fall on my deaf ears!
