I am not familiar with penny trading. Obviously lot's of shares trading. If Cardio has 42 million shares outstanding, and Dr. G and board members have over half of them, then I would assume that there is about 15- 20 million shares trading and it now appears that many millions have been traded at a few pennies (or less).

Could one speculate that someone(s) are buying up as many cheap ones and corner the stock to move it up so that new finance comes at an SP much higher >0.15. Cardio was trying to generate $1-2 million with the polish investors to complete the clinical studies, but they backed out becuase they could not get it listed in poland stock market at 0.11 / share. . Now, at sp of 0.01-0.03, Dr. G would may have to give up controlling interest and dilute his share of Cardio to generate $1-2 million needed. Maybe the low profile in news and scaring investors to sell to new Dubai boardmember (or his investors) so to raise the sp> 0.15 to get new finance ?

Gameisover, what are your speculation ? maybe I am optimistic and Cardio is really closing their door and everyones getting out at a penny and salvage what they can. In my position, I only invested a few thousand $, so getting a few hundred out now is not worth it.
