1.3 million today at 0.025-0.039 is only about $30- 40 K. So although lot's share is traded, it is not too much $$ for institutional investor that hold lots of this and want corner the stock. The bulk of the 43 million outstanding shares is held by Dr. G , insiders and his closest investor that are in board of directors. They would have to disclose if they sold. I see that most of the bulk trades today are close to 0.035-0.039 so we may see it prop up in coming days...at least we hope..
